THE MONTHLY MESSAGE Interested in running for Club Board? Here are the available positions and some of their responsibilities: VICE PRESIDENT
PRESIDENT • Leader of their club and liaison between their members and the LTG. • Communicates with the LTG and District Governor. • Plans events and socials for the club.
• Assists the President in all duties. • Acts as President in their absence.
TREASURER • Plans fundraisers. • Collects dues and membership forms. • Fills out the Membership Update Center (MUC). • Registers the club for District Events.
SECRETARY • Records meeting minutes. • Helps plan service events. • Records service hours for the members.
HISTORIAN/EDITOR • Manages the club’s social media. • Takes photos and videos at all events, socials, and meetings.

DISTRICT CONVENTION What is DCON? DCON is a weekend long district-wide convention in which all nine divisions come together to bond, grow, and celebrate. It is the ONLY district event where you can meet someone from EVERY division!

When & Where is DCON? April 3rd-5th San Ramon Marriott San Ramon, CA That’s right! This year, DCON will be in Northern California, which means Crystal gets to take a ROAD TRIP! And guess what? We are travelling with… EMERALD DIVISION!
