Customer Success Overview
You’ll be partnered with a Dedicated Customer Success Manager who will help you get the most out of the Instapageplatform, acting as a true extension of your team and providing services like:
Personalized Training and Onboarding
You’ll get a customized, 1-on-1 onboarding program that includes platform training, landing page migration, regular check-ins,and ongoing design and conversion optimization consulting.
Professional Services
Your Customer Success Manager will coordinate with you and our Professional Services team to implement customfunctionality. To help Enterprise customers hit the ground running, we’ll build or import your first 10 landing page templates.
Campaign Insights and Optimization
Your Instapage Customer Success Manager will work closely with you through regular reviews to continually monitor andbenchmark campaign results, set goals, and optimize landing page performance to maximize your ROI.
Priority Customer Support
You can reach your Customer Success Manager via private Slack channel, phone, or email for any issues. You’ll also haveaccess to phone support 8 hours a day and live chat 16 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Knowledge Sharing and Best Practice Reviews
Take advantage of years of industry-leading insight, guided instruction, and up-to-date best practices from your AdWordscertifiedCustomer Success Manager on topics like landing page optimization, SEM best practices, copywriting, and more.
Early Access to New Features
With early access to new features, you’ll be able to beta test our latest industry-leading innovations designed to streamlineyour campaign creation, and have the opportunity to help shape our product roadmap.
