APPLICATION SUBMITTED APPLICATION REVIEW

RECIPIENT NOTIFICATION

Crosby Scholars staff will reach out to you via email immediately after the scholarship deadline if your application requires that you correct any issues. If you do not receive an email from Crosby Scholars staff, your submission has been accepted and there is nothing else you need to do. Applications become property of the Crosby Scholars Program. Recipients will be notified via a status change in the Student Portal, an email, and by an official Award Letter mailed to their home address. All applicants who applied but were not chosen as recipients are notified via email and by a status change in the Student Portal.

Crosby Scholars Scholarship Selection Committee members review all scholarship applications and materials to determine each recipient. This

process can take several weeks.

Applicants may be asked to interview with the Scholarship Selection Committee.

You have started your application, but you have not completed and/or submitted it.

Your application has been successfully submitted. Crosby Scholars Staff will review to ensure all uploaded documents are correct.

Your application has been rejected. If there is a message included, please follow the instructions to make corrections to your application within 48 hours.

Your application has all required documents and is being reviewed by our Scholarship Selection Committee. This process can take several weeks.

You have been selected as a scholarship recipient.

The Scholarship Selection Committee Review is complete, but you were not selected as a scholarship recipient.
