Technology for a faster and better quality of construction Meeting project deadlines and handing over possessions on time is a challenge. The ability to meet such challenges defines a company's credibility in the market. This challenge of meeting and beating the deadlines can easily be met with the use of latest technologies that are the future of construction.

Supercast is Supertech's endeavour in Precast Technology by which concrete is cast into a reusable mold, cured and then transported to the construction site. The concrete is then lifted into the place as opposed to standard concrete which is poured on-site into specific forms. Supercast uses cutting-edge technology to create precast concrete precisely cast in a controlled environment and properly cured.

The first factory for Supertech Precast Technology has been set up in Greater Noida with a production capacity of 5 million sq. ft. area per annum. All machines and units have been imported from Germany. This technology will not only help the Group deliver projects ahead of time but will also equip it to rise above the highly competitive market scenario. Currently, Supercast is used in various projects namely; The Upcountry at Yamuna Expressway, Eco Village at Greater Noida (West) and Golf Village at Yamuna Expressway.
