Dear Friends, Our Say: We are happy to circulate the 2nd edition of Zuari Speak. This news letter is an initiative to bring us all closer and help us interact better and hope this is improving our relation and reducing the gaps between all of us. In our speak, we would like to inform you that we are happy to meet few of our esteemed customers and Zuari Garden City Family members. We were over whelmed by the supportive response and cooperation of all the members who are intent on seeing their dream home delivered at the earliest. The feeling of a large Zuari Garden City family was evident since all were aligned in living at this pristine environment. Buyers have gradually started to occupy their houses which is a blissful sign for any project to make it a more lively place. Simultaneously, we are also gearing up to complete the amenities to make the living more enjoyable. The residential property market in Mysuru city is showing signs of an upswing. The relative upswing in residential units comes after years of stagnation and real estate market attribute the positive sentiment to reduction of interest rates on housing loans and rise in income. Lack of job opportunities, poor growth of the IT sector in Mysuru and a sluggish industrial development have put the brakes on the growth in the commercial property market in the city for now. Some of the major retailers, with a chain of malls across the country, have sold their franchise in Mysuru or have shut shop underlying the prevailing downswing in the commercial property sector. However, improvement in connectivity with the completion of the double line rail track, plus testing of the High speed trains where one can reach Mysuru in 70 Minutes from Bengaluru and expansion of the four lane road to six lane between Mysuru and Bengaluru may turn the market around in the long run.
Progress Status: As you are all aware, that our ZGC, has been adjudged and awarded, the best landscaped garden in Mysore for 3 consecutive years, and we would like to keep you informed that we will be participating in the upcoming Land scape and Garden event on the occasion of Dussera organized by Mysore Horticulture department. We are hopeful to clinch the first place successfully for the fourth time. During the last two months there is good progress in the project, we have installed cut off valves to overhead tanks in all the houses and assure to attend in case of any issue. We have also finished with cleaning up of back yard space between the houses and is being maintained. We are working with the government official’s continuously to get the permanent Cauvery Water pipeline approval in place and are hopeful of getting the same in a short period as communicated to you in the meet. Similarly, we initiated the club house internal works during the month and we are also accommodating the Swimming pool within the premises of the Club house to make it more comfortable for the customers to rejuvenate and enjoy all the amenities at one place. We confidently will deliver the clubhouse with swimming pool and other amenities on or before December 2016. We also initiated the Road work in Kapila sector and is expected to complete in August 2016 as committed by us. Works for provision store and restaurant were initiated and should be up and running by October 2016. Few vendors have shown interest in taking up the store and restaurant and shortly, we would be zeroing on one of the best vendors. Our facility management team is happy to provide services vis-a-vis supply of maids, electrical & plumbing technicians, helping in grocery supplies for the house owners staying in the project over a weekend/permanent occupancy.FM team is also assisting in sourcing tenants and is successful in finding the right tenants for those house owners who are interested in renting their houses. We are also attending to all our customers concerns and ensuring smooth delivery of houses, we assure to stand by you and continue to provide you best of the services.

NEW LAUNCH We are happy to share with you that our new launch Brindavan Serenity a Villaments project is very successful and we are able to sell off 50% of the project in a month’s time of the launch. Brindavan Serenity is an upcoming project being developed by Zuari Infraworld India Ltd. It is a part of 73 acre land that is being developed. To suit the modern day requirements and varying budgets, about 200 dwelling units, all of 2 BHK, are being designed on a Ground + 1 building model. We are introducing a referral scheme to our existing customers with a 1% reward on referring a booking and payable on signing the agreement.
