Incident Management Real time incident management is the primary functionality of Pro-Cloud Stadium and is where the emergency deployment of staff is actioned for fire, medical and security. Utilising the correct staff throughout all zones of a stadium is paramount for a fully functional and efficient operation. The Control Room, an automated functionality of Pro-Cloud Stadium will increase the visibility of your stadium. It is where your staff who are responsible for raising alerts will deploy the correct staff to a particular incident. All current and past incidents can be viewed, including real-time status updates and detailed information. E.g. who raised the alarm, the severity level of an incident, the staff that attended and associated notes.
Mobile Working Pro-Cloud Stadiums Mobile Working capabilities are extensive. When an employee arrives at the stadium in which they work they will log into the Pro-Cloud app, stating that they are at the stadium and ready to begin their shift. This is when they will be allocated to a particular zone and managerial staff will be able to locate their every move, receiving alerts if they go past their zone through geo-fencing technology. As soon as an employee is deployed to an incident they will receive a notification through the Pro-Cloud app, on acceptance they will get to work, calling for assistance and logging key information once an incident has been dealt with.
