All the planning for the term happens at our board meetings. From large scale events such as Awake-a-thon to Week of Welcome tabling, all the magic and behind the scene work occurs here As a board, we want to give our members the most rewarding experiences and create moments they can enjoy while being part of the club. For example, we were able to discuss how we wanted to execute the first in-person New Member Induction, after it had been virtual the past few years, to make it the most worthwhile for our members. We are able to hear each other’s opinions and give input to one another as we create lasting memories with not only each other but for our members as well
