Project name: Hendon Met Police Training College Project size: Capacity to deliver 2,900 residential units (including significant PRS content), a primary school and over 40,000 ft of mixed use retail led development. Services provided: Bilfinger GVA managed this three-stage procurement process on behalf of the Met Police, the first to come forward utilising the London Development Panel. A development partner was successfully selected.
