Requesting Access All military personnel must request access through their State POC. (A list of POC’s is attached) The POC will forward the access requests to NGB via SFC Ziegler at Harold.Bruce.Ziegler@us.army.mil. Requests must include Full Name, Rank, AKO Email, Duty Position, State and Level of Access (Cadre or Warrior). RSP Contractors can request access by emailing Bill Rase at wrase@mpscrc.com. Requests must include Full Name, AKO Email, and State. Any requests from military personnel to this email will be referred back to their State POC. Once access is requested and granted, the person will receive an email from IO Studio with instructions on how to access their new account.
Forgot Password If you forget your password or if you are told you have access but you have never created a password, go to the Login screen and type in your email and click “Forgot Password”.
This screen will appear. Re-enter your Email and enter the code shown into the space located under your Email.
Then click on the Submit button. CAUTION: The screen below appears to be asking you to enter a new code, it is not. Look for the statement “Thank you, your request is being processed.� (Shown by the arrow below)
This will generate an Email from IO Studio to your account. Copy and Paste the entire link into your browser. CAUTION: If you click on the link it may or may not take you to the password page, copying and pasting the link seems to eliminate those issues.
The link will take you to the below page. Carefully read and follow the password rules as far as length, special characters, etc. and type in your password twice. Hit submit to create/change your password.
Accessing the new RSP Website Once you have been granted access, here is how to get on and navigate the site: Go to: www.nationalguard.com Click the Login tab
Click the RSP Login tab
This is the main Login page for RSP Warriors, Cadre and Staff Fill in your User name and Password
Note: New Warriors are automatically loaded on Thursdays one to two weeks after they are accessed through Path to Honor (PTH). Once they are accessed they will be sent an email from the website that they now have access. Their access is based on the user name and password they created in PTH‌NOT their AKO user name and password. Do not have them attempt to Login prior to receiving their email from the website. (They should get it within 8-14 days from enlistment). New Cadre access (and Warriors not accessed through PTH) must be requested through their State POC as referenced on page 1 above.
Warriors will only see the first two tabs: STRM Course Materials and Training Modules Cadre and Staff will only see the first three tabs: STRM Course Materials, Training Modules and Staff Resources

Stripes for Skills and other Online Training Modules are easy to follow; Soldiers will progress through the training and finish with an exam by using the navigation keys at the bottom of each page
