07 November2014
PPR Transport and Journeys PPR had a very exciting trip to the Ipswich Transport Museum. We saw lots of old buses and pretended to be passengers.
We sat on a very old tram where you could move the backs of the seats.
We played with the model train set and enjoyed stopping the trains at the stations to let on more passengers.
We saw a very old fire engine and enjoyed climbing on board to ring the bell. It was fun trying on the helmets, although they were much too big for us.
We were allowed to sit in the old police car. We talked on the police radio and pretended we were chasing robbers.
There were lots of old bicycles hanging from the ceiling, they were too high for us to sit on though.
The people at the museum were very kind and let us eat our lunch on the top deck of a bus. We all had a wonderful day.

Pre-Prep PTA We are very grateful for the work the current PTA do. We would like to encourage more parents to help out, even if this is only on an occasional basis. For new parents this is a great way of meeting other parents who you would not otherwise get the opportunity to meet. Please speak to the School Office if you can help.
