Zeitgeist Irland 24 is a celebration of the richness and diversity of contemporary Irish culture. From literary greats across the ages, to Irish traditional music, dance and performances that have reverberated across the world, Irish artists have always had a reputation for breaking boundaries. Weaving the collective story and experiences of the Irish, Zeitgeist Irland 24 brings a new generation of Irish artists to German audiences, continuing to innovate and build on our global reputation for cultural excellence.
Zeitgeist Irland 24 is a joint initiative between Culture Ireland and The Embassy of Ireland in Germany.

Zeitgeist Irland 24 ist ein großes Fest des Reichtums und der Vielfalt der zeitgenössischen irischenKultur. Von literarischen Großmeistern aus allen Epochen bis hin zu traditioneller irischer Musik, Tanz und Performances, die in der ganzen Welt Resonanz gefunden haben, waren irische Künstler schon immer dafür bekannt, Grenzen zu überschreiten. Zeitgeist Irland 24 bringt eine neue Generation von irischen Künstler*innen nach Deutschland, die die gemeinsame Geschichte und die Erfahrungen der irischen Menschen miteinander verknüpfen, weiterhin Grenzen überschreiten und auf unserem weltweiten Ruf für kulturelle Exzellenz aufbauen.
