Welcome to the 100 Club Here at Culture Liverpool we run a number of events throughout the year, each of which we do with the support of partners and businesses in and outside the city. Our Commercial Team operate an extensive range of packages and tailored programmes to maximise opportunities for businesses to get involved in the events, and The Mayoral 100 Club is one of our leading opportunities. It has always been the Mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson’s vision to celebrate Liverpool’s trading and seafaring heritage and to further exploit the potential of the city’s magnificent waterfront. The development of this newly created B2B concept will set the stage and present a platform to build on these ambitions. With support from local businesses, we aim to develop and deliver a world class annual International Mersey River Festival, building world-wide relationships with other ports and maritime cities to boost tourism and business in Liverpool.
“This we hope will lead to growth in business creating further employment locally.” Andrew Dwerryhouse, Managing Director, Wild Thang Ltd
Businesses involved this year had the opportunity to win three prizes: • Headline Sponsorship of the International Mersey River Festival • Sponsorship of the Music on the Waterfront • Education and Community Engagement Programme These prizes equate to the value of in excess of £125,000. In addition to this we offer members a number of B2B networking opportunities along with our annual prize winning gala dinner.
