If any box in your shipment has exterior damage, be sure to indicate that at the time of receiving with your carrier. Report to us immediately with any contents damaged (if any). We can not file a claim with your carrier for credit if you do not establish with driver “boxed damage” at the time of delivery. No mis-shipped merchandise can be returned without our authorization.
