Contact the Hallmark Hotel Irvine on 0330 028 3415 to check availability prior to sending booking form. 2. Provisional bookings can be made but must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person and a completed booking form within 7 days of enquiry. (Pleasenote one cheque or credit card transaction per party for both deposit and final payment). Multiple cheque payments will be refused. 3. Pre-orders for menus and final payments for all parties are required no later than 9th November 2016. 4. Pre-arranged company accounts are available on request. 5. Any payments paid for cancellations are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment for other members of the party. 6. All payments are non-transferable / refundable. Please do not request as a refusal often offends. 7. For bookings made after the 9th November 2016 payment is required immediately and in full. 8. Minimum age for a person attending events at the hotel is 18 years, except where stated in the brochure. 9. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate, cancel or change the venue of Christmas parties in the event that minimum numbers are not met. 10. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any guests dressed inappropriately. 11. The client must reimburse the costs of repairing any damage to the property, contents or grounds by any guests to the hotel. 12. No refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions. 13. For Residential Christmas and New Year package bookings, cancellation policy is 4pm 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this will incur 100% cancellation charge.
