Provisional bookings can be made but must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person and a completed booking form within 7 days of enquiry. (Please note one cheque or credit card transaction per party for both deposit and final payment). Multiple cheque payments will be refused. 3. Pre-orders for menus and final payments for all parties are required no later than 9th November 2016. 4. Pre-arranged company accounts are available on request. 5. Any payments paid for cancellations are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment for other members of the party. 6. All payments are non-transferable / refundable. Please do not request as a refusal often offends. 7. For bookings made after the 9th November 2016 payment is required immediately and in full. 8.
