CAMBRIDGE

PL E

Cambridge Global English Starters is a fun course to get young children ready to learn in English. In this book you’ll find three units, each with a story linked to a topic. These range from ‘playtime’ to ‘food’ and introduce learners to letters, colours, numbers and more. Through songs, drawing, games and matching activities children develop their speaking, listening and motor skills along with early comprehension, reading and writing skills. Children are encouraged to build their vocabulary by relating content to their experiences – the first steps to critical thinking and active learning. This book, along with the accompanying Activity Book B and Fun with Letters and Sounds B, allows for five hours teaching a week.
