Implications for history teachers • T racking students’ progression may be more difficult. • T eaching style may need to be altered. Instead of teaching in distinct sections for modules, there will a cumulative build up to the final exams.

• T eachers will have one year to prepare for teaching the new curriculum. • T here will be a changeover year where Y12 will be studying the new curriculum and Y13 studying the old curriculum, this may cause challenges for teachers when adapting to the new curriculum.

Our solutions • ‘ Test yourself’ quizzes and exam-style questions in the Student Book and accompanying digital resources will help students and teachers assess progress, and provide an online record. • A series of textbooks and accompanying digital resources: - covers 1 breadth and 1 depth topic in the same book, providing students with additional context for the unit being studied

- differentiation to engage and motivate those who need support and stretch the most able through further reading, digital assets and contextual information.
