Know Before You Go

Passports must be valid for six months after the traveler departs the United States.

Travelers will need a Yellow Fever s prior to traveling.

Travelers should register with the Sm Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) receive security updates and to allo the embassy to contact them in cas of an emergency.

A copy of each traveler's Passport page must be submitted to book.

Purchasing Travel Insurance within seven days of paying the trip depos strongly suggested. [Allianz, or Trav Insured, etc.]

Within 90-120 days of departure, ea traveler will receive an "invitation" t apply for their Visa.

The Centre is a library commemorating the late W.E.B DuBois It is comprised of a small museum with part of Du Bois's personal library and a collection of his works The Centre is located on immaculate grounds of serene beauty, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis

MAKOLA MARKET ~ ACCRA

You will see the Ghanaian way of life; purchase African fabrics and custom-made clothes Tailors will come to the hotel & take measurements of guests wanting custome-made outfits on this day.

INDEPENDENCE SQUARE ~ ACCRA

Black Star Square, a k a Independence Square, is now the site for all the major military and civic parades and the "Freedom & Justice" monument.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Travelers are responsible for obtaining their own flights

A $500 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to hold a space on this group trip

Final payments are due 100 days before departure. NO CHANGES after final payment.

Payments will be accepted via Stripe invoice or paylink and acceptable forms of payment are Credit or Debit Card and ACH Debit Transfer (preferred).

Every traveler must submit a

travel preference form with contact info photocopy of a valid passport, travel insurance declaration/waiver form

The traveler preference and declaration/waiver form will be emailed once travelers have registered for the trip

TOUR PRICING:

Pricing is based on a group of 10 travelers. If the number of travelers changes, prices are also subject to change. In the case of market price fluctuation anything over 5% of quoted tour price be revised. The tour operator will notif Curated Adventures Pro as soon as possible to allow a smoother transition The trip price is good for 21 days witho deposit

The trip costs are non-refundable and transferable. ANY itinerary changes w incur additional fees

NO CHANGES after final payment. The purchase of travel insurance is stro suggested to protect your investment (Allianz or Travel Insured)

SAVINGS & DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES:

Every five additional guests will decre the per-person cost by $200. Refer three paid/confirmed guests an save $300 when their trip is paid in full.

The non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit amount will be deducted from the total trip cost. All prices are subject to change until a deposit is received.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

The trip costs are nonrefundable and non-transferable The tour operator DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. For this reason, purchasing travel insurance is suggested to help protect your investment for covered reasons. In the case of cancellation, refunds will not be issued, and any monies paid will be forfeited.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via info@curatedadventurespro com usin the email subject "GHANA TOUR CANCELLATION" and must include client name, travel dates, reason for cancellation

Any damages caused by clients at the hotel, to the tour bus, or at any of the tour sites

Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Photographers or Videographers

The tour operators/ agency reserves the right to use all photographs and videos they take as their copyright property for promotional purposes No compensation will be provided to participants.

Why are payments nonrefundable and nontransferable?

Once the group accepts the itinerary contract, they are agreeing to travel based on the accepted itinerary and pay the contracted cost in full. Failure to uphold the contract will result in penalties and/or fees from the travel suppliers ( hotels, transportation. and other tour operators ] Purchasing Travel Insurance is suggested.

Why do I need travel insurance?

Life happens! Although travel insurance doesn't cover all inconveniences or tragedies, it is the best way to protect your travel investment. In some cases, it can also protect monies travelers spend to offset inconveniences that arise during travel Read the policy for covered reasons before purchasing and consult with a travel insurance representative

How will I know when I need a travel Visa?

Visa applications are usually accepted beginning 90-days prior to departure

Once your trip is paid in full, the tour company will send an invitation to apply for your travel Visa

What happens if I am unable to travel after I have submitted payments?

As soon as you know you have to cancel, you must submit a cancellation request in writing to info@curatedadventurespro com You will receive confirmation of receipt within 48 hours and you can then file a claim with your travel insurance.
