Passports must be valid for six months after the traveler departs the United States.
Travelers will need a Yellow Fever s prior to traveling.
Travelers should register with the Sm Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) receive security updates and to allo the embassy to contact them in cas of an emergency.
A copy of each traveler's Passport page must be submitted to book.
Purchasing Travel Insurance within seven days of paying the trip depos strongly suggested. [Allianz, or Trav Insured, etc.]
Within 90-120 days of departure, ea traveler will receive an "invitation" t apply for their Visa.

travel preference form with contact info photocopy of a valid passport, travel insurance declaration/waiver form

Pricing is based on a group of 10 travelers. If the number of travelers changes, prices are also subject to change. In the case of market price fluctuation anything over 5% of quoted tour price be revised. The trip costs are non-refundable and transferable. ANY itinerary changes w incur additional fees
NO CHANGES after final payment. The purchase of travel insurance is stro suggested to protect your investment (Allianz or Travel Insured)
SAVINGS & DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES:
Every five additional guests will decre the per-person cost by $200. Refer three paid/confirmed guests an save $300 when their trip is paid in full.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
The trip costs are nonrefundable and non-transferable The tour operator DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. For this reason, purchasing travel insurance is suggested to help protect your investment for covered reasons. In the case of cancellation, refunds will not be issued, and any monies paid will be forfeited.

Why are payments nonrefundable and nontransferable?
Once the group accepts the itinerary contract, they are agreeing to travel based on the accepted itinerary and pay the contracted cost in full. Failure to uphold the contract will result in penalties and/or fees from the travel suppliers ( hotels, transportation. and other tour operators ] Purchasing Travel Insurance is suggested.
Why do I need travel insurance?
Life happens! Although travel insurance doesn't cover all inconveniences or tragedies, it is the best way to protect your travel investment. How will I know when I need a travel Visa?
Visa applications are usually accepted beginning 90-days prior to departure
Once your trip is paid in full, the tour company will send an invitation to apply for your travel Visa
What happens if I am unable to travel after I have submitted payments?
As soon as you know you have to cancel, you must submit a cancellation request in writing to info@curatedadventurespro com You will receive confirmation of receipt within 48 hours and you can then file a claim with your travel insurance.
