100IN1DAY BELGIUM English version

100In1Day Belgium is about 100 positive and creative acts in 1 day. You organise your activity or project on your favourite square, in your street or elsewhere in your village or city.

This year 100In1Day Belgium takes place on Saturday 26th June 2021.

100In1Day Belgium is part of the growing international citizen movement 100In1Day, to which more than thirty countries have already contributed. If you also want to participate, you’ll become part of an engaged international community!

For the third year in a row, Curieus will be taking the initiative in Belgium. You can follow everything on the Facebook page and on the Curieus website. Your activities will also be shared on the international 100In1Day website.

Window stories: you and your neighbours give the front windows in your street a make-over. You can choose to write one continuous story throughout the street (Anneleen Van Offel wrote the window story ‘Sluimertijd’ on behalf of Curieus) or choose a collective theme with different interpretations in each window.

DIY* Geocaching: geocaching is hot! You look for ‘caches’ or ‘treasures’ via coordinates on your phone. The fun part is that you can also create your own treasures and hide them. Curieus can give you all the tips and tricks you need. Join this out-ofthe-box-geocaching!
