Your travel arrangements On the next business day after this visit, our Client Concierge Team will call you to ensure that we have accurate information regarding your individual situation. This call will only take a couple of minutes. They will also confirm all flight, accommodation and transportation details for you.
Your investment strategy consultation Upon arrival at our office you will meet with a Investment Strategist to discuss your personal financial goals and identify the best strategy to achieve them. If you feel 100% comfortable with the strategy developed and after looking at various property options you find an investment property that suits your situation, you will be offered the opportunity to secure the property for up to 21 days to conduct your own further due diligence and seek advice from an independent solicitor, with no cost or obligation to you. Your individual questions, concerns and ‘what if scenarios’ will be addressed, with the objective being to empower you, through education, to make an informed decision about your financial future.
Frequently Asked Questions Am I/we under any obligation? No: Where you choose to go from here is up to you. It depends entirely on what you discover within that investment strategy consultation. You may find a whole new world of opportunity and options you had never known about or considered, or you may find you are not quite in a position to take advantage of these opportunities yet. However, at the very least you will have all the information you need to make an educated, informed decision.
