Who We Are? About the Custom Bodies team
We are a team of PROFESSIONALS! The Custom Bodies team has been doing intern work with local athletic clubs and will be doing a summer internship with our city’s Baseball Club and is a volunteer therapist at a number of sporting events. She has also become certified in Advanced Sports massage, IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), RockTaping, STR (Soft Tissue Release – Level 1) Passionate Athletes Motivated Individuals that want to make a difference Caring Individuals that want to see the industry do well

Mobile Massage Delivering mobile services to the greater Edmonton area such as Therapeutic massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage and Rehab & Sports Massages.
Studio Massage Able to give the same services but from the comfort of the Custom Bodies Fitness and Massage studio conveniently located in West Edmonton.
Student Massage Custom Bodies has partnered wit ha number of RMT students and has formed a great program allowing the student to gain work experience, make money and generate income for Custom Bodies as well!

Fitness Training Whether you're new to working out or a fitness pro, we’re here to provide a variety of training options, guidance and friendly support to help you stay on track and reach your goals. Our personal trainers will keep you on track, never push too hard!
Online Coaching After an initial consultation and detailed fitness assessment, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a workout designed specifically for your fitness level and goals.
Meal Prep We provide every online personal training client with a complimentary membership for nutritional guidance and meal planning. You will be accountable for your own planning but our experienced health and wellness coaches will monitor your nutritional progress.

We believe that massage can positively affect athletic performance. Our student therapists will focus on treating specific issues that the athlete may have during training or competition. Sports massage is meant, as part of the athletes health and wellness program, to reduce strain, soreness, stiffness and fatigue that may occur during training or competition. Our students have certifications in advanced sports massage and have been providing massage for athletes in Cheer Gyms, MMA Gyms and Boxing Clubs and most recently with Team USA - U21 Rugby. Custom Bodies Fitness and Massage has a number of sponsored athletes (See our Sponsorship page) These sessions treat the full body with a focus on specific problem areas in a 20 minute session. As sessions are 20 minutes, a minimum of 10 bookings are required for our students to come onsite and treat the athletes.
