Garvey has five points (2G, 3A), while a trio of forwards (Adkins, Gauld, Seel) have four points thus far. - Garvey currently ranks tied for 19th nationally among defenseman for most points per game, he also ranks tied for 13th nationally in points per game among freshmen.

- Nick Malvin started the first three games for the Falcons, but Jack Romanuik got the start in a shutout win over Finlandia. The shutout was the first of Romanuik’s career. - Friday’s opponent, St. Scholastica, is receiving votes in the latest USCHO.com Top 15 poll. The Falcons are receiving votes in the latest D3Hockey.com Top 15 poll, as are the Saints. - Northland and St. Scholastica met for two games the opening weekend, with the Saints sweeping the series. Both hosted Aurora and Lake Forest last weekend, with Northland beating Lake Forest and tying Aurora, while the Saints handled Aurora but fell against LFC.
