NOTES: 1. Personnel who receive FSA for family members living in Bremerton will sign a NAVPERS 1070/613 stating they do not commute daily between Everett and Bremerton. 2. DLA is payable to: (a) A member with family members, when family members perform an authorized move in connection with COHP. (b) A member without family members, when not assigned adequate government quarters upon reporting at new permanent duty station (PDS) and occupy private quarters. 3. TLE. A member is authorized TLE reimbursement for up to 10 when they occupy temporary quarters at Bremerton, Everett, or a designated place in conjunction with a move. Lodging receipts are required. When the member or dependent(s) stay with friends or relatives, lodging cost is not authorized but the TLE meal portion is payable. 4. Per MILPERSMAN 1320‐210, the CO can authorize up to 5 normal work days house‐hunting TAD. This can be extended to a total of 10 calendar days when combined with weekends, holidays and liberty. 5. Member can request early separation If his services can be spared. 6. Advance Pay and entitlements can be requested for personnel entitled to a Change of Homeport Certificate
