According to a recent Cybersecurity Ventures report, the global annual cost of cyber crime is predicted to top US$8tn in 2023 – which isn’t helped by an uncertain global economic outlook. With predictions that 2023 will be a turbulent year for cybersecurity, an increasing awareness of cyber threats has led to a rising investment in related infrastructure worldwide. The company showcased security detection capabilities available through its Zero Trust Exchange cloud security platform and the CrowdStrike eXtended detection and response (XDR) platform – helping customers correlate security data from multiple sources to identify new indicators of compromise (IoCs) and suspicious signals that show cyberattacks may be underway.
