How We Can Apply Customer Tips in Odoo 13 POS

INTRODUCTION ❏

Odoo 13 have the option to manage tips with a pos order.

❏

This feature can be activated/deactivated by seller.

❏

The tip amount will visible in the receipt.

❏

Let's look at how to add Tips in pos Goto Point Of Sale -> Conﬁguration -> Point Of Sale select your shop/Bar.

Enable/Disable the Tips option.

Create a new session By clicking New Session from the Bar.

Create a order and make payment for the order.

From the payment page you can see the Tips option.

By paying the amount we can see the change if exist.

You can make the balance amount as tip by clicking tips option.

After validating the payment you can see the receipt.

Create a new session By clicking New Session from the Shop.
