Field Service Management in Odoo 13

INTRODUCTION ● Odoo has introduced a new app called Field service management in version 13. ● This app is useful to plan, assign, perform and asses the customer field service task effectively. ● And also provide a platform for analysing and evaluating the progress of your business.
â—? Install Field Service module from apps.
â—? We can see all the task from the Dashboard.
â—? We can create a new task by clicking the create button. â—? provide a title and Fill the necessary field and click save button to save.
â—? Click the start button for run the timer.
â—? To Pause the timer click PAUSE button.
â—? We can resume the timer by clicking RESUME button.
â—? If the work is done click Stop button to stop the timer.
â—? By clicking stop button a wizard will get popupped from where you can specify the time and description then click save button to save changes.
â—? We can add timesheet for the task by clicking Time button.
â—? Click Create button to add timesheet.
â—? Select customer provide description and time duration and save the changes.
â—? We can add worksheet and materials for the tak by clicking Worksheet and Products button respectively.
â—? By clicking product button a product window is opened from the window we can select the products and its quantity.
â—? From the task we can see the total selected materials quantity and its associated price.
â—? By clicking worksheet button a worksheet form is opened. â—? Provide the necessary details and save form.
â—? Now you can see the worksheet is completed.
â—? Click MARK AS DONE button when the task is done.
â—? Sign the report by clicking SIGN REPORT button.
â—? Create invoice for the task by clicking CREATE INVOICE button.
â—? We can see the selected product in the invoice.
â—? We can see the Task scheduled from All Task -> To Schedule
● We can plan the task ○ By User ○ By Project ○ By Worksheet
â—? In the reporting section we can analyse the task using different graphs and pivot view.
â—? From the configuration menu we can Create and view Project, Product and Worksheet Template.
â—? Under the settings we can enable different features.
