How to Create Lost Reason in Odoo 13 CRM

INTRODUCTION ❏ While working with opportunity there will be a chance to lose some of them. ❏ In odoo 13 we have the option to keep track of the reason for which you lost opportunity. ❏ You can also have the option to restore the lost opportunity.

Let’s see how to create lost reason in odoo 13 CRM. Goto CRM -> Configuration -> Lost Reasons Here you can see already created lost reasons and you can create one by clicking
Create button.

By clicking Create button we can create new lost reason by providing the name.

Click Save button to save the changes.

Now let’s see how to apply the lost reason. Goto Sales -> Pipeline select any of the opportunity, we can see the Mark As Lost button.

By clicking the Mark As Lost button a popup window will opened from the window you can specify the lost reason.

By clicking Submit button that opportunity has been lost.
â??
You can see all the lost opportunity from pipeline by adding ďŹ lter option.

You also group the lost opportunity by lost reasons.
â??
You can also have the option to restore the lost opportunity.
â??
Select any of the lost opportunity and click Restore button or by Action -> Unarchive
â??
By clicking the Restore option the lost opportunity is been restored.
