For these cases, a simple Purchase Order (PO) will allow you to handle the whole process.

The PO will generate an invoice, and depending on the contract with your supplier.

You will be required to pay the invoice before or after delivery.
â?? Goto Purchase -> Orders -> Purchase Orders -> Create -> Enter details of vendor and product.

After create Purchase Order -> Click Confirm Order.

Click Receive Products after confirm the Purchase Order

Validate the Purchase Order

After that click Apply button for immediate transfer

We can see that product done quantity is changed -> after that select the Purchase Order
