● SMS plays an important role in marketing. ● Compared to the emails SMS messages have much more instant and pops up on your phone screen almost immediately. ● Odoo 13 have the option to send SMS directly from the CRM leads.
â—? Go to CRM and create a lead and save it.
â—? After saving the lead we can see the SMS option.
â—? By clicking the SMS option a wizard will opened where we can set the body of the message.
â—? Click Send SMS button to send the message.
â—? We can also send SMS from opportunity.
