The Bugambilia Difference
The cast aluminium base of Bugambilia is a great conductor of temperature and items may be placed in a refrigerator, freezer or warming oven prior to service. This unique technology allows the product to withstand a temperature range of -28째C/-20째F to 93째C/200째F.
Ideal for buffet and chilled counter service, Bugambilia adds a bold and contemporary twist to the dining experience
This innovative product is 100% foodservice safe, conforms to Council Directive 220/72EC and is NSF certified. Resistant to scratching, chipping, peeling and tarnishing, Bugambilia is also industrial dishwasher safe.
ITEM RANGE
Care Guidelines The following guidelines have been compiled to ensure you benefit from the maximum life span of your new Bugambilia purchase. Please note that all items are intended for foodservice and display only, not for food preparation or food storage.
• Avoid direct flames and direct contact with heating elements, as these will damage the surface of the product. However, the product may be used in warming ovens/hot counters up to a maximum temperature of 93°C/200°F.
• The majority of stains should be removed by normal dishwasher cleaning. However, if stains remain after washing, soak the item in a mild solution of soapy water and bleach, then put through the dishwasher again.
• Bugambilia coated aluminium is a soft metal. Damage may occur if dropped or mishandled.
• Discontinue use immediately if a fault occurs in the coating and contact your Dudson representative.
• If left in or on the product for a long time, certain foods may discolour the surface. • Knives should not be used to cut or serve food displayed in the product, as they will damage the surface. • Hygiene products containing iodine will discolour some colour coatings.
