Although it may seem that the pandemic has cancelled everything and there isn’t much to do at home, there is! Every club has a part to play and we get RECOGNIZED based on the reports I submit to the CNH board composed of the reports you guys submit to me.

Friday June 12 Elections

Majority of clubs in Division 14 have not had election for the 2020-2021 term yet. Although Coronavirus cut our school year short, you can still hold an election over zoom, Google form, group chats, or any other discord. This is crucial so that officers and I have contact for constant updates back and forth about your clubs and official business. If/when you have your elections results please submit their name, position, phone number, and email address to me via phone or email (see contacts page).

5th of every month MRF’s

Every month, each club’s secretary is required to submit a monthly report form to your LTG. This consists of your clubs progress, service projects, due reports, budget costs, membership, contact information, etc. Secretaries can find the template on the CNH Cyberkey website when they search “MRF template”. Or you can contact me and I will send you the exact link if you are unable to click here depending on how you receive this letter. This is also essential so that your club is included and recognized in the LTG’s monthly division report sent to higher authorities.

15th of every month Article & Visual

Every month, each club’s news editor is required to submit 1 article and 1 visual to your LTG. Your article and visual correlate with each other to show a service event or fundraiser your club participated in. The article should include a description of the event, the results from it, how your club took part in it, and the date. The article doesn’t need to be lengthy, even a direct quote from a member can be part of your description! The visual is just a picture to pair with your article.

Tuesday June 16 DCM

Monthly division council meetings (DCM’s) are scheduled to be held monthly to the best of my ability. DCM’s are informational meetings to update your fellow D14 clubs about your progress and activity since you should already have pretty good communication with your LTG. DCM’s also give your club a chance to meet others in your division so you are not strangers when it comes to big team events such as Fall Rally, and DCON. A service project will usually be offered at DCM’s as well as games, ice breakers, activities, and food as often as your LTG and region advisor can provide. Our 1st DCM of the term will be a held over zoom call and will be recorded for any absent attendances. The code is 4ivBG9 and will begin at 5:00PM-6:00PM. Please arrive early to settle in introductions and names.
