Happy Holidays Belugas!
We made it to the end of the year! I am so incredibly proud of the achievements you guys all have made as individual clubs this year. I know that it has been a bumpy road, so I hope you take this time to take care of yourself and enjoy the holidays! Still, a lot of my most favorite service events happen in December so I sure hope you also take some time to do some service. For example, we have Rose Float Decorating or serving meals in your local community! Check out your home club’s service agenda to see what’s happening. Thank you for allowing me to serve you this year, and I hope to see you well rested and ready to serve in January! Yours in Service,
Ashley Ma Liutenant Govenor 2021-2022 4

Happy Winter!
I explicitly remember the loud and crazy cheers. Sitting on the top stands of the Golden Bear Theater and watching each section cheer for their LTG and division aroused feelings of pride in my own division. We were the loudest out there Belugas and I’m so happy to be a part of Division 15 west! I can’t wait for more experiences like Fall Rally where the spirit of each Key Clubber was thick in the air. Continue serving for the community and raising funds for PTP. Key Club does not end at Fall Rally as we will continue to stay spirited and do service projects! With Gratitude,
Katelynn Situ News Editor 2021-2022

r e v E y l i Happ C T R e t f A The Happily Ever After RTC was a SUCCESS! Aside from the clever name, members enjoyed training for their Key Club positions, listend to the Love Box submissions (they were so sentimental and sweet!) and got to know the Region 13 even more!

The image shown above shows the variety of sessions held at the RTC! From training to be a better president to better planning events and having a more organized life, the LTGs did a great job trying to help members be better officers! There were also Lovebox intermissions, where anonymous people said thank you to their LTGs and

Fall Rally Recap
11
On October 22nd, I had the opportunity to volunteer at Glenmeade Elementary’s Family Fun Night. It was an event where families could come hangout, play games, and eat food. I was in charge of the soccer game. This event was really fun, as it was my first in person volunteering event I had done in a really long time. I learned that kids just need a little encouragement, and it can boost their confidence. It was really fun seeing the kids so happy! 12
During the event, I got assigned to the zombie station which was so much more fun than I had originally expected. There, I helped collect the axes after the kids threw them and passed out some prizes. It was comforting being able to see children and their parents enjoying themselves with all the stations! Everyone had such a vibrant energy; it truly was heartening. I didn’t expect there to be as many people as there was that day but regardless, it was a nice event and I would love to help out with any others in the future :D.

Officers and members had attended the first spirit session for the 2021-2022 term. Pomona High members got the chance to communicate and meet people on the division board and members from other schools. We first learned the main cheer ¨How do You Feel?¨ with our division remix. We also learned other chants to prepare for Fall Rally. Our school was recognized for being the loudest when saying shouts by our LTG, Ashley Ma. The division board had then held about five different games of ¨soulmate¨. One of our members, Diana Rocha had played in the first round and found two different soulmates. The classic game always breaks the ice and has the crowd more energetic. All members are excited as we get ready for fall really and get ready to win the spirit stick.
Alexis Sabandal | Montclair My experience at D15W’s pre-fall rallies were wonderful preludes for FRS. The energy felt so great and I could just tell how hard our DLT worked for us. I’ve decided one of my favorite feelings is chanting with my div and building energy off of each other. Like many of us, this is my first Fall Rally and these events have really helped build my excitement.
