I hope you all are having a great summer! Although I'm all the way in Europe missing out on all the Key Club fun, I can't wait for more exciting events like colorsplash and the July DCM to end off the summer!

EDITORI hope you’re all having a great summer so far, whether you’re flying miles away or staying right at home! Key Club has definitely been having a great summer here, with our wonderful OTC in June.
Please look forward to our very first region event and take a chance to meet people all the way in Stockton at Colorsplash! Landing on the 24th, it’s approaching very soon! That’s all from me cows, have an a-moo-zing rest of your summer!

WSCA, Whitney, and Rocklin Key clubs came together to host the Phineas and Ferb themed social! We started off with some themed games like Balloony Pop, and mummies, while refreshments such as popsicles and ice cream were offered to help fundraise. Then we transitioned to the service part which included creating kind and arty chalk drawings on the sidewalk, creating origami, as well as a scavenger hunt. The finale was the Pie The Board fundraiser which was largely successful and the board was thoroughly coated head to toe in whip cream. Though the sun was blazing down on us, the water games and refreshments kept us cool!
During the month of June, Whitney's Key Club was able to participate in helping Rocklin Kiwanis at the annual Rocklin Community Festival. Members arrived at the festival to help pitch tents, lay out trash cans, set up fences, and help the vendors. Once the event started the members then helped people with directions, giving out wristbands, and tickets.
