T H E U N I V E R S E EXHIBITION

The Great Exhibition opened with a bang. The Great Exhibition began to produce its works; cosmic readymades. The Great Exhibition was ready to expand its collection. The Great Exhibition became a very dynamic space with a lot of horror vacui-galleries and vacuo-galleries. The Great Exhibition consists of highly unstable works. The Great Exhibition is an exhibition in constant flux. The Great Exhibition has immense spaces. The Great Exhibition is open all the time. The Great Exhibition’s end date has still to be determined. The Great Exhibition will likely to move to another space after its closing. The Great Exhibition will open with a bang again.

This is not the universe

“Our Universe exhibits itself”

“Like me, future spectonauts who will soon glide through the voidy hallways will give our universe and its exhibits mad supernatural reviews. I’m sure of that.”

“This Universe has an impressive résumé”

A Cosmic Exhibition Showcase (CES) is a spherical-shaped spaceship or a little artificial non-orbital planet.

It is used for exhibiting and preserving human-made artworks in outer space.

A transparent CES made of unbreakable glass. This CES is only home to an artwork.

An opaque CES made of marble. This CES is the artwork itself.

It is equipped with a Sphæra Lucis (SL) and an automated art restorer. Some have artificial gravity. The first CES was launched with donations from the crowdfunding campaign of ARSCLAIRE and EXTEVE (Extra-Telluric Ventures). Most of the Cosmic Exhibition Showcases are still floating in the domesticconstellation aka our Solar System.

“And with a radiant atmosphere I finally can say with confidence that we’ve found our best candidate in the sturdy orb of MUH-LV-d3.”

F

irst Curator of the Universe Nestor Claire addresses their curatonauts on finding the just candidate for EXPO 2088. For over four decades Claire’s team found themselves a unique planet in the trinary star system of the Twirling Shroom for displaying some of the highlights of the Universe. There was some controversy over the fact that Claire’s team might exploit the exoplanet. His following statement: “In the end ‘we’ are the universe. Still, we need to be humble for we are made out of earth and we need to be noble for we are made of stars, I’m quoting the famous proverb, but sometimes you’ve got to embrace the hidden gems of the Universe and give it some attention. To put it in the spotlight for just a moment of splendour.” Interactions with human vacuo-art and the cosmic readymades are happening more and more these days. To most of the spectonauts and other vacuonauts Expoplanet doesn’t come as a surprise. The Great Expo will also be a vibrant meeting place next to the current Clairevoyager ships and the Sunyata laboratory-spacecraft.

Excerpt from an article of Gap Light, segment: Meanwhile in the Void.

COSMIC QUOTES

“The Universe is a museum, the Vacuumuseum; a uterodrome with its natural and transient readymades. And the Universe is also the vacuo-gallery art space, the white cube in a way, with its human contribution.”

“Our nearest supercluster of readymades and vacuo-galleries is called L a n i a k e a , meaning immense heaven.”

“The voids are our spaces, our galleries. We don’t want to exploit the cosmic readymades. They are art works on their own. We leave them be.”

“You could say planet E a r t h is the most precious and rarest of all cosmic readymades.”

“Welcome aboard the C l a i r e v o y a g e r ! ”

VIA UNIVERSA

Galactic filaments are the way. The route to all the exhibitions. To all the readymades. To all the vacuo-specific works. They’re also known as the Intervoid Hyperways. They are the grand passages connecting all the cosmic galleries. Intervoid travelling allows you to experience everything.

TEMPORARY EXHIBIT FROM THE PERMANENT COLLECTION

“LAMENTABLE” [the universe sheds a tear]

Nestor Claire reacting to the demise of Kolossal, the biggest glowing readymade the Universe has ever known.

“As with any star, Kolossal was only on temporary display. It shone bright and mighty in the Coiled Seahorse galaxy. The grandest of its kind is no more.”

[the universe continues]

The Universe opened some fourteen billion years ago. Its space was auto-curated in an instant. Everything was set in motion for its first visitors. The only thing was that the visitors wouldn’t be able to come for a very very long time. And so the first exhibits happened without being experienced by the longing eyes of Earth’s art enthusiasts.
