2. Residential Apartment. Valencia (Spain). Professional Project.
Type of Project: Residential apartment. Refurbishment LOD: 350. Revit 2013 Year: 2012 Details: 120 Sqm apartment. The owner required a new interior distribution. The total process enclosed the next phases: (1) create the current apartments situation in BIM, (2) determine what par of the apartment want to be renovated, (3) offer new different proposals in 3D, (4) take-off measures for tendering.

3. Single Family House. Galicia (Spain). Professional Project.
Type of Project: Professional project. LOD: 300. Revit 2013. Details: 300 Sqm single family house. The 3D BIM model was required to take-off measures and then, to develop a deep study regarding the demand of heating and cooling. This data has offered the option of simulating multiple interior distributions in order to plan future renovations.

It has been a project´s proposal and it is part of a complex plan composed by 3 more buildings, which belong to Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM), in Franckfurt (Germany)

5. Scientific Laboratory and library. Academic Project.
Type of Project: Academic Project LOD: 300. Revit 2013 Details: 7000 Sqm divided in two different buildings, a scientific laboratory where microcogeneration systems can be located and, as an annexed building, a multi-storey library that is connected through an elevated corridor with the laboratory. This project is part of the subject focused on improving student´s skills on the researching field.

The aim of this project is to give a technical knowledge about: ■ General earthquakes´ consequences over buildings ■ Building consolidation systems ■ Design of insulation devices to reduce earthquakes´ damages. ■ Design of quick prefabricated houses. And in addition there is an important social point of view: ■ The real effects over the people who live in L´Aquila ■ What their experiences were during the disaster ■ How their lives have changed ■ What type of building projects have been developed ■ What the real situation is after 4 years.
