Tall Hisban Gate

Group Work

The site is located in Tall Hesban, Madaba. An archeologi­ cal site that needed a simp le re­ defininton of the entrance and the gathering area. The inter­ vention has been kep t minimal not to effect the image and to­ p ograp hy of the site. Work was in collaboration with Andrews Univeristy students: Rebecca Fuller and Gala Ualita. Full pro­ ject is published here.

FRONT GATE: Mamluk gate entrance with basalt horse sculpture panels, new gate and Tall Hisban signage.

Pathway columns on the west and south have benches and siignage for additional shading, All stone columns have notch for luminaries as needed for night events,
