2021 Miss Payson & Attendant

MISS PAYSON ABBY WOODLAND

Abby Woodland is the daughter of Scott and Amberlee Woodland. She was born and raised in Payson and is proud to call it home!

She graduated from Payson High School with the class of 2021 where she participated in many extracurricular activities.

She has enjoyed working as a CNA and recently completed the Medical Assisting program at MTECH. Abby loves working in healthcare and finds passion in caring for others during difficult times. She looks forward to pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing within the coming years.

When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, spending time outside, shopping, reading and being with friends and family. She is honored to be given the opportunity to serve Payson City and impact others around her.

FIRST ATTENDANT MAYA SORENSON

Maya Sorenson is the daughter of Jesse and Patty Sorenson. She will be graduating from Payson High School this spring with high honors and as the school’s English Sterling Scholar. She plans to attend Southern Utah University after spending a semester doing humanitarian work in Ecuador.

She loves being outside, playing lacrosse, meeting new people and trying new things. She has enjoyed being in the Payson City Royalty this year and loves this town with her whole heart.
