CHAMBER EVENTS & COMMITTEES Chamber Ambassador Committee

The Chamber Ambassador Committee is a committed group of chamber members who go the extra mile to welcome new chamber members, help current members become more engaged in chamber activities, and honor businesses for their achievements.

Committee members visit new chamber members and assist in events such as ribbon cuttings and grand openings. At chamber events, committee members greet all members and help them get to know each other.

The committee is also responsible for selecting candidates to be considered for the chamber’s Business of the Month award. Those candidates are then voted on by the chamber membership, and the Ambassador Committee visits the selected winner and presents the business with a plaque and banner.
