MULTI SERVICES SOLUTIONS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED AUSTRALIAN BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
Established in 2016, a small group of construction professionals founded the company. With over 25 years in the industry, and strong experience working in the aged care and retirement living sectors we quickly grew with a strong reputation for quality construction.
We have headquarters operating from Sydney, Melbourne,Perth; a branch office and warehouse network that continues to expand in Brisbane, Adelaide and regional centres in each state
Construction projects undertaken by the company include commercial, large capital works, residential multi-story, recreational and sporting facilities, significant refurbishments, structural and remedial works, technology and brand installations.
We provide technical and trade services that deliver installation, preventative maintenance, reactive services and management services.
Our recruitment and acquisition strategy focuses on attracting key industry talent with a solid track record for quality delivery and an ability to work in live and unique environments. We built a team of in-house trade experts who leverage their collective know-how to develop site specific methodologies and drive innovation for our clients. We hand-pick key personnel for each build program that are most suited to site works based on their skills, qualifications, compliance requirements, and ensure they have the relevant experience and work together as a high performing team.

BUILDING BRAND EXPERIENCES

MSS manage our design and construction teams centrally for quality assurances and mobilise our national reach and geographically dispersed construction and install teams for multi-site location builds, roll-outs and boutique venue fitouts.
MSS work on both cold shell roll outs and full design and construction, including movements, staging and installations of ATM, coin/cash deposit machines, smart safe and POS technologies, click & collect solutions, kiosks and digital signage.
Our dedicated team of qualified tradespeople, project managers and national warehouse and staging facilities are best-in-class logistics network providing a “one stop shop” for our clients. We provide vehicles and infrastructure in each state to move and handle sensitive freight between warehouse and site locations. Our partnership with AirRoad provides line haul capability and additional warehousing capacity on an as needs basis.
Our operation is scalable, robust and guarantees the same high quality outcome every time. Over the last 2 years, over 7,000 installations have been successfully delivered to all areas of Australia.
We develop program schedules to meet your scope of works detailing all key safety considerations. A key differentiator is a powerful and purpose-built software platform that enables real time reporting, operational transparency and optimises the end-to-end job process.
Job reports with photos are emailed to our clients in PDF format immediately following job completion. There are none of the traditional delays and errors associated with data manipulation and handling, paper trails etc. which translates into operational efficiency, and savings to our clients.
