Angost House, located in Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca, COL, is a multifamily residential building that offers comfortable and stylish living spaces. With a total area of 205 square meters, this dwelling is cleverly designed to optimize space utilization. The building spans 20 meters in length and 4 meters in width, accommodating three levels of living spaces.
The first and second levels of Angost House feature spacious apartments, each measuring 75 square meters. These apartments provide ample room for residents to create their own personalized living environments. With thoughtfully designed layouts, these units offer a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
On the third level, there is a cozy studio apartment measuring 45 square meters. This compact yet well-designed space provides a comfortable living area for individuals seeking a more intimate living experience. The studio apartment is ingeniously planned to maximize functionality while maintaining a sense of openness.
Angost House stands out with its contemporary architectural design, combining clean lines and modern elements. The facade showcases a harmonious integration of materials, creating an attractive and visually striking appearance. The building’s strategic positioning allows for abundant natural light to flood the interiors, enhancing the overall living experience.
ISABEL HOUSE
Isabel House, a multi-family residence located at Carrera 50 with Calle 54C in Cali, is a captivating architectural masterpiece that seamlessly integrates functionality, contemporary design, and a strong commitment to promoting natural ventilation and lighting. With three levels and a charming terrace, this property offers a delightful combination of commercial and residential spaces, creating a versatile living environment.
Boasting a total area of 131.19 square meters, this dwelling showcases a thoughtful layout that maximizes space utilization while exuding an aesthetically pleasing appeal. The ground floor houses a spacious commercial area, perfectly suited for a variety of business ventures, while the second and third levels provide comfortable and inviting living spaces for residents.

House Y is a remarkable multi-family dwelling spanning over 282 square meters. The first floor accommodates a spacious and comfortable home for a single family, while the second level features an apartment and a studio apartment, each measuring approximately 80 square meters. With its modern architecture and a color palette of white, black, and orange, House Y stands out as a contemporary masterpiece.

In summary, House Y represents a harmonious blend of modern design, functionality, and a focus on natural ventilation and lighting. Its unique configuration offers separate living spaces for multiple families while ensuring a high level of comfort and privacy. With its attention to detail, use of contrasting materials, and commitment to sustainable design principles, House Y stands as a testament to innovative residential architecture.
The focal point of the design is the central fixed point, which serves as a volumetric element. Adorned with a metallic shutter, it acts as a louver, filtering light and creating a visually striking feature. Natural ventilation and lighting were key considerations in the design process, resulting in an environment that promotes both comfort and energy efficiency.
The incorporation of two interior courtyards further enhances the overall ambiance of House Y. These courtyards serve as vital sources of ventilation and natural light, effectively illuminating and refreshing the majority of the spaces within the dwelling. The contrast of materials, including metal, wood, reinforced concrete, and PVC, adds visual interest and texture to the architectural composition.
SS RESTAURANT
/ BUENAVENTURA, VALLE, COL (2019)SS Restaurant, located in Buenaventura, the capital of the Colombian Pacific, is a specialty seafood establishment that captures the essence of the region’s culture, gastronomy, and tropical climate, characterized by abundant sunshine, rainfall, and humidity. The project adopts a simple architectural approach, with a focus on the culinary activities of cooking and dining, utilizing lightweight drywall construction as an alternative building method.
The design of SS Restaurant prioritizes elements such as comfort, natural ventilation, natural lighting, and sun protection. Despite its compact size of only 7m x 4m, totaling 28 square meters, the restaurant manages to create a minimalist and inviting atmosphere. The interior space comfortably accommodates up to eight diners, while an additional ten can enjoy their meals in the outdoor seating area.
SS Restaurant successfully captures the spirit of coastal dining through its emphasis on seafood and the integration of the local environment. The utilization of lightweight construction materials allows for a flexible and adaptable interior layout, while the strategic placement of windows and openings promotes a fresh and airy atmosphere. Visitors can savor their meals while basking in the vibrant culinary scene and immersing themselves in the tropical ambiance of Buenaventura.

The Stand serves as an enticing gateway to the flavors and culinary traditions of the Colombian Pacific.

Despite the limited space, the spa creates an open and airy atmosphere through the strategic use of natural lighting. This is achieved through a large glass window that floods the space with ample sunlight, creating a perception of spaciousness.
May Exclusivo offers a haven for self-care and pampering, where clients can indulge in nail treatments while immersing themselves in a vibrant and culturally significant environment. The use of radiant colors and the incorporation of an Afro-Colombian beauty mural celebrate diversity and promote a sense of empowerment and confidence.

May Exclusivo is an exclusive nail spa located in the city of Buenaventura. This meticulously designed space occupies a compact 10 square meters, featuring two pedicure stations, two manicure stations, and a station for eyebrow and lip micropigmentation. The use of vibrant and eye-catching colors native to the Pacific coast is a standout feature of the spa.
Inside, a mural depicting the beauty of Afro-Colombian women adorns the walls, adding a touch of cultural significance.

Liceo de Occidente is a private elementary and secondary school located in Buenaventura, Valle. Our task was to develop the architectural plans for this educational institution. The school utilizes common materials found in the area, such as brick, iron, wood, and aluminum. It is characterized by spacious classrooms and is distributed across four floors, with the first floor serving as a combination of administrative areas and classrooms.
The distribution of the school across four floors allows for efficient use of space and provides a conducive learning environment for students.
