Dalia Ferreira (Venezuela, 1966) is an artist and journalist who uses contemporary pop photography on canvas to express displacements, urban mutations and the coexistence between people and cities. Ferreira is the first Latin-American artist selected by Google Open Gallery (Google Cultural Institute) and recently won an artistic visa in France, where she is currently living.

As a citizen of the world she has created new urban landscapes through a unique point of view. In "Bottled World Cities" featuring places like New York, London, Paris, Washington DC, Buenos Aires and Caracas- she encloses in a jar a double reading between the public and the private space. Ferreira speaks of her research as a kind of mirror: "a silent dialogue between the way we arrange our memories from the cities and the way we are seen throughout the glass by those places".

Dalia Ferreira est artiste visuel et journaliste. Elle a pour point de départ l'enregistrement photographique de la réalité. Plus tard, l'artiste modifie ses photographies originales dans son laboratoire numérique. Elle a participé à plus de 30 expos collectifs, 13 expositions individuelles et a également participé à plusieurs foires internationales d'art contemporain: PINTA LONDON, PINTA NEW YORK, FIA, PINGYAO CHINA, FRANKFURT, MADRID, FRANCE.
Elle était devenue la première artiste latinoaméricain sélectionné par Google Open Galerie pour construire et lancer dans le monde entier sur le site web sponsorisé par Google Cultural Institut.
