COMMERCIAL OFFICE PROJECT
Home Studios, Designer | New York, New York | Site: Tribeca
5
For this project we worked with Vinoly architects to design the lobby, cellar lounge, gym and rooftop amenities for a new office building in Tribeca. I worked first on the floor plan of the cellar lounge to create two bars one to provide balance to the three structural columns in the center of the floor plan and the second as a central focal point that contains varying level of seating fanning out from the sides to maintain symmetry. After developing the gym and locker rooms to provide a high end spa and residential feel to the adjoining amenities.

NANTUCKET HOTEL Home Studios, Designer | New York, New York | Site: Nantucket In this renovation hotel project our team was tasked with completely remodeling a campus of lifeguard living quarters into a high end hotel with Blue Flag Partners. While we were required to leave the exterior of these buildings untouched, we worked to pay homage to history of seaside Nantucket and Americana camping while providing a modern elevated luxury for the guests. This project included designing our own floorplans, custom furntiure and lighting as well as outdoor master planning. 2

NANTUCKET RESTAURANT Home Studios, Designer | New York, New York | Site: Nantucket In tandem with the hotel our team was also tasked by Blue Flag with renovating a restaurant in downtown Nantucket. This restaurant was divided into four spaces, private dining rooms, a public dining room, a bar and private club lounge. Each space has its own unique theme in reference to the history of the sapces with a new elevated intrepretation. The private lounge allowed for the most room to conceptually to create a new identity for the space that references being in a sunken ship off the coast of Nantucket. 7
PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Workshop APD, Intern | New York, New York | Site: Nantucket
8
For this residence I worked with another architect to design the Library, Office and wet bar wing of the home. I used primarily Revit and Photoshop for this assignment. In this floor plan utilizing wall space became crucial to providing usable storage around the windows and sliding glass doors. The wet bar that tucks into the main hallway between the two spaces at the client’s request serves both the office and the library with plenty of seating in both rooms.

LUXURY CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES Workshop APD, Intern | New York, New York | Site: Brooklyn
9
In this renovated condominium project I worked with another designer to create two main amenities spaces for the residents, the roof top bar and lounge as well as the gym. I worked in both AutoCad and Sketch Up for this project. The concept for the lounge and bar was to maximize the available space on the rooftop with the accent features maintaining a material pallet that reflects the original construction of the factory. For instance the custom bar uses the metal hardware to call back to the water tower above.
LUXURY CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES (CONTINUED) Workshop APD, Intern | New York, New York | Site: Nantucket Similarly to the rooftop bar and pool the gym was meant to pay homage to the original hardware of the factory with a contemporary update. I used primarily Sketch Up and AutoCad for this project. The addition of the golf simulator was a client’s specific request. 10

AUTOCAMP GROUNDS Workshop APD, Intern | New York, New York | Site: Cape Cod
11
In this unusual hospitality project I was on a team that updated the camp ground master plan according to code and design new amenity spaces. I used Auto Cad and Illustrator to put together proposal packages for the client in order for them to better decide on the layout they wanted both for the master plan and for the clubhouse. The main concept for these layouts was to maximize the amount of campers and parking spaces the client could have on site and for the largest amount of flexible programming in the clubhouse.
THE 2020 OLYMPIC VILLAGE
Columbia University GSAPP, 2018 | Newburgh, New York In order to support a decreasing population in Japan, the New Olympic Village brings a second life to Olympic arenas by creating new commercial hubs, housing for young families and a supportive foster care system to the site of the 2020 summer Olympics ensuring it remains an active neighborhood after the games. The design of this intervention is in two parts, the first readapting the stadiums themselves so that they can be used daily regardless of a sporting event and the second a series of courtyard houses aligned on a grid intersecting the arenas. On the first floor of this housing there are decks that allow for privacy for the residents and therefore allow the ground floor to be open for visitors walking through to the stadiums.

CO-OP OYSTER AQUACULTURE
Columbia University GSAPP, 2019 | Partner: Jacob Gulinson | Grand Isle, Louisiana Oyster Aquaculture is a co-op of floating network of living and researching spaces for Barrier Island rehabilitation, the aquaculture of oysters and the commercial fishing industry. This network provides a new first line of defense for the Louisiana coast that redistributes along the coastal path, responding to the changing needs over time for housing, oyster aquaculture and ecological labs at the location of each Barrier Island. This system works on different scales of temporarily, eventually leaving a healthy ecology and a new breakwater habitat before the network retreats closer to land.

THE NEW MEAT MARKET
Columbia University GSAPP, 2018 | Newburgh, New York The future of a sustainable meat industry starts in the laboratory. The New Meat Market is where research, production and consumption happen in one place and the kitchen is the bridge that links them together. The meat industry’s contribution to deforestation, greenhouse gases and antibiotic resistant bacteria makes finding alternative solutions a necessity. New industries from Impossible Meats to Memphis Meats have created new opportunities that could change the landscape of the meat industry. By bringing the kitchen to the forefront of the restaurant chefs in partnership with scientists can began to shift the culture of lab grown meat for the consumer and promote a sustainable meat industry.
