Javo’s wide variety of potting machines offer New Zealand nurseries the perfect solution for potting all types of plants in both soft and hard wall pots and bags. Several machines have been developed specifically for bare rooted plants. Javo BV can customise potting machines to meet the potting needs of any greenhouse or nursery.

Daltons and Javo can provide additional potting automation solutions including feed systems, conveyors and a range of other equipment to increase efficiencies and reduce costs.

Javo Unimax

Filling large pots, containers or bags is no problem for the Javo Unimax. Because of the unrestricted flow of the soil in the pot or poly bag, it handles either small or large root systems.

The Javo Unimax has a soil bin of 1500 liters and is suitable for handling all sizes of bags or trays. The Unimax has a working space for 1 or 2 persons and the machine can be supplied from three sides.

Carry Hand Held Models

The portable MANKAR ® models are ideal for use in areas of dense cultivation, irregular row cultivations, or anywhere where a high degree of flexibility is needed.

Roll Wheelbarrow Models

Because the MANKAR ® Roll spraying systems are pushed like wheelbarrows, they are ideal for handling large-scale row cultivation, as well as grass areas or paths and squares with water-bound surfaces. The low weight of the units means that even up sloping terrains are not a problem.

Mounted Units For Large Area Spraying

Spraying systems for mounting or attachment to vehicles are ideally suited for spraying large areas, e.g. in orchards and vineyards, as well as row cultivation and larger green spaces. Various models are available for front and rear-mounting, exclusively for rear or front-mounting, as well as models for simple attachment to a wide range of vehicles. Spray hoods, including their spray widths, number and configuration, can be adapted to the area of application. Different, mostly variable extension widths are available.
