SAN ONOFRE BACKCOUNTRY HIKE
8-11 a.m. Join California State Parks Naturalist Heather Rice to experience the local state park. Meet at the City of
10 a.m.-4 p.m. Celebrate the protection and preservation of Native American culture. Panhe will feature singers and dancers, storytelling, local vendors, museum exhibits and more. Activities include basketry demonstrations, flute performances, children’s activities, and plant demonstrations. The festival will take place at the San Mateo Campground and San Onofre State Beach. 9-11 a.m. South OC Cars and Coffee, dubbed the world’s biggest weekly car meet, attracts a mix of 500-1,000 hypercars, supercars, exotics, vintage, classic, muscle and sports cars, hot rods, rat rods, pickups, 4x4s and motorcycles. Those attending are encouraged to practice responsible social distancing. Face masks are not mandatory, but they are recommended.
