The Dance Sophisticates Design Studio provides an opportunity for you to become the designer.

Follow the simple steps below to create a dress style that will illuminate your performance.

Step 1

Select a Style: a. with satin piping trim b. with satin banding trim c. without trim

Empire Dress- All empire bodices are fully lined.

Long Princess Seam Dress a. with waistline ties choose from 1", 2", or 3" widths b. without waistline ties

Step 2

Select a neckline: Select front and back neckline styles.

Step 3

Select a sleeve:

Most sleeve options are available with lining. The flutter style is available with or without lettuce edge hem.

Step 4

Select a fabric:

Luxury crepe, luster satin, crepe back satin, stretch velvet, knit, matte jersey and faille. Fabric swatches are available upon request. Machine wash, cool gentle cycle. Tumble dry low

Step 5

Select a color:

All fabrics, satin piping and satin banding are available in a wide range of colors. Minimum purchase may be required for certain color offerings.

For custom color requests, please submit fabric sample or garment to help achieve consistent color.

Select contrasting fabrics for the bodice and skirt of the empire style dress to create flattering textural interest.

Add piping or banding for a classic, customized look.

Be creative– Design Studio options allow the freedom to express your individual sense of style.
