1 Premio's 3-storey semi-detached house by the lake has a unique personality The house faces a beautiful view of the lake that gives a sense of peace and tranquility

2 Focusing on a modern luxury design approach with full details, textures, patterns and various materials used By having many pieces of customization, this house has its own character for the home owner

3 The master bedroom overlooks the beautiful lake view and receives lots of natural sunlight making the room even brighter

4 Breaking up the usual layout by integrating an island bed with a vanity behind a custom-made headboard is a fun part by having light fixtures on both sides that descend from the ceiling

5 A hand-tufted rug with a strong geometric pattern on the floor gives the room its own uniqueness Choosing a bold contrasting color for the rug brings a dramatic effect to the overall feel The tiered ceiling detail echoes the rug's pattern

6 To reduce the rigidity in this room, the designer played with curtains around the room that also create a feeling of intimacy when the curtains are completely closed

5 Since the client has budget limitations, minimum placement for fixed fixtures and play around with mid-century loose furniture options is the best way

6 The bathroom has been refurbished and gives a new fresh look and feel to the space while maintaining the existing installation location The selection of new materials and schemes does have many different impacts than the old ones

7 Every material used in this room is well combined with each other Beige subway tiles are used on the vertical walls in the shower area to provide some elements of pattern and line A beautiful terrazzo stone with a muted color chip finish was chosen to highlight the table top and provide a dramatic effect and focal point
