MARQUIS HOTEL As one of my senior projects at the Academy of Art University, Marquis hotel came to being from the concept of a “diamond in the rough”. With it’s location being situated in the heart of SOMA, there is a lot to be said about the ‘gems’ that can be found within such a rough enviornment.

CASTRO START-UP
This former doctor’s office turned tech company start-up office was in well need of a makeover when I was contacted to help. I turned the dark wood walls into a bright and welcoming environment by also re-working the furniture layout and selecting new furnishings throughout. The light fixture over the main conference table was an old dentist’s fixture for well over a year before I got a hold of it! Most importantly, I kept in mind the needs of their rapidly growing team. A year and a half later they are onto a new office and these furnishings easily translate into their new space.

MALIBU CHIC
This home situated along the coast in Malibu was another project that was completed at the Academy of Art University. While the ‘client’ wanted a chic and unique interior, I kept the color palette soft and neutral to allow the main focus to be on the views.

DANI BURKA FOR STUDIO D
While working with Studio D, I was given the opportunity to work on a tenant improvement project in SOMA. Studio D was commissioned to select exterior paint, redesign the reception desk, as well as select finishes and furnishings for the hallways and entry

HSH Interiors was brought onto this project not long after the architect drafted up his version of the interior floor plans on this 3 story, 2 unit home. Since that time I have worked on 22 pages of drawings, created mood boards, sourced finishes and fixtures, provided and regularly updated specifications for the job scope, attended site meetings and coordinate with architect and contractor.

It was a pleasure to be a part of the Ronald McDonald House of Stanford Project. Here are drawings that were submitted for approval for one of our room designs.
LAFAYETTE RANCH
HSH Interiors was brought onto this project to help select furnishings and finishes for a ranch home in Lafayette. I created these mood boards to allow the client to envision the options that we came up with for their home.
The clients of this 1930’s Storybook home in Mill Valley had a very distinct vision of what they would like in their new space. We at HSH Interiors helped blend the client’s contemporary style while keeping true to the original architecture of the home. Here are renders that I did of the master bathroom.
MILL VALLEY BOHO
1930’S STORYBOOK
I created 3D renderings of just about every room in this ground up construction Mill Valley home for HSH Interiors, as the client’s really need extra supplements when trying to visualize.
THANK YOU
