Home of the light elves. Their home was right by Asgard in the heaven. They were beautiful creatures and were considered the “guardian angels� in Norse Mythology. The light elves were certainly a good omen.

This was the home of the Jotuns, the giants, who lived in the mountains. There was a river called Ifingr which separated Jotunheim and Asgard. The river was fast flowing and therefore never froze.

In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil is an immense tree that is central in Norse cosmology the world tree, and around the tree existed nine worlds. It is generally considered to mean “Ygg’s Odin’s horse”.

Jormungander the midgard serpent was a dragon of limitless power, it’s coils spanned across the earth and as far as the eye could see. Then it was cast far out into the deepest oceans.
