The Controlled Ozone range of odour control equipment from Ecovery Innovations has been designed to give Food Industry Operators a cost effective, easy to install and maintainable method of reducing the cooking odours that they emit from their premises.
The “Plug and Play” design of the injectors means that complaints about existing problems or planning permission objections can be dealt with quickly, effectively, and within tight budgets.
For the first time the food outlet can control the levels of cooking odours that they give off. The Controlled Ozone units all have a variable output control as standard which means the operator can choose how much food odour they emit.
The Controlled Ozone injectors are installed into ventilation systems and monitor the air flow to ensure that they only inject the right amount of ozone to safely eliminate unwanted odours.
External Ozone sensors are also available to add to the system, these will control the levels of ozone discharged through the extraction, which may well be a provision of the EHO or planning officers’ requirements of permission.
