RETAIL RESIDENTIAL FASHION SHOWROOM HEALTHCARE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS COMPETITION
01
Located in Manayunk, Philadelphia, Drift is a Retail Store focusing on surfboards and skateboards. Inspired by the means of transportation which surfboards and skateboards provide, the design of this Retail Store follows the concept of movement. The goal is to display high-end products in a sophisticated environment by using rusticated materials which relates back to clients.

02
This project was completed in my Advanced Visualization course whose focus relied on 3D modeling and the result of realistic renderings. The goal for this project was to design a Studio Apartment by using and learning the program of Revit. The use of rusticated materials such as wood, brick, steel, and concrete was the inspiration driving the design for this space.
02
03
The purpose of this project was to design a Showroom for a fashion designer, this case being Rami Kadi. Inspired by the divergence of Rami Kadi’s collections, this Fashion Showroom is designed with the intent of giving the client two completely different experiences with the usage of contrasting architectural elements.

Cascade is a Dental office designed with the intent of creating a space that helps calm the human mind and body. Inspired by the motion of breathing, this Dental office is designed with the usage of continuous curved lines that will define aspects such as circulation, material usage, and design structures. This will help the patients feel at ease during their visit.

This section showcases my ability and understanding of how Contract Documents work. This project consisted of redesigning a building on the Thomas Jefferson University Campus and documenting its design for contractors to understand and build. The goal for this project was to learn how to put a construction document packet together by using the program of Revit.

Second Place Finalist Located in the Philadelphia Naval Yard, this partner project deals with the design of a Transportation Hub linking the Navy Yard to other Philadelphia and New Jersey destinations via a new Navy Yard stop on the SEPTA Broad Street Line. It also includes a water taxi landing serving the Delaware and Schuylkill River destinations. This space contains work stations, a lobby, a cafÊ, and an innovation hub that has the potential of transforming into different spaces depending on its intended use. The design for this transportation hub was inspired by the constant evolution of Philadelphia’s culture. The goal was to demonstrate the transcending qualities of new styles, while showcasing that the city always stays true to its roots through art and expression.
